- Worked with sheet metal designs, following GD&T principles in drafting, and various LCE tasks (replacing EOL components, etc.).
- DFMEA, Boundary diagram, DFA, DFM of new design systems
- Connecting with various suppliers to discuss the manufacturing feasibility for newly designed products.
- Concept designing, modeling, and drafting of components and assemblies, and performing stack-up analysis in case of critical design requirements.
- Creating BOM and SOP's for new designs
- Lead ECO process for implementing the design changes related to vendor request
- Lead the final design review, CCB meetings with the respective engineer for all the respective design changes.
