• Successfully handled and implemented Business Essentials and Must Win Projects by eliminating Line Down situations for NAR.
• Proficiently managed Project Milestones for technical & financial feasibility, prototype/samples, testings, PPAP & SOP by Organizing Weekly Reviews.
• Managed stakeholders and communication requirements as per project plan. Prepared project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information for milestones / Gates.
• Prepared RFQ with procurement and ensured that project ROI score is better than minimum requirement in business case during project initiation.
• Tracked and ensured that the project expenses, CAPEX & ROI score is within the initial estimates for Business case approval. Monitored project health, managed risk and reported progress to global leadership at Project- reviews.
• Prepared Risk register for each project and reviewed it periodically before every milestone throughout the project and ensured that the mitigation actions were implemented as planned.
• Successfully completed 4+ Value Analysis workshops for NAR region and India region Washers.
• Prepared DFMEA, DVP & managed and coordinated component and product level testings against FMEA and created Test Plan.

NPD and Manufacturing of EndCover (Sub-Assembly Part of Gas Turbine). Handled a team of 12 Jr. Engineers (1 Shift)

• Designed welding fixtures and fulfilled welding engineering requirements of customer.
• Provided leadership and support for PPC in Machining department in which manufacturing of various Gas Turbines Parts were involved.
• Kaizen Award: Reduced overall cycle time of TIG welding Process by identifying solution using Copper plate and achieved Labor Cost Saving of about $77K.
