SAMA(Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency) is an National banking Agency for Saudi Arabia

Saudi Payments has a vision to provide Participant Users, who are users representing the participant banks, with a user centric web portal to perform queries and request historical information about the interactions that have taken place between participant banks and Saudi Payments using the Instant Payments System

• Participant Portal is one of the main entry points that allows Participants and Saudi Payment users, to access various capabilities offered by the IPS Portal
• The capabilities include Lookup of payment status, payment enquiries, Participant Dashboard, Debit cap management and Content management; and Documentation Management (called as Content Management)
• I have worked at client place Riyadh Saudi Arabia for 3 months

Contribution:

• Daily Monitoring the IPS UI during my shift
• Performed troubleshooting activities to resolve issues quickly in order to minimize disruption of services.
• Checking the Bank status and transactions flow and will take the necessary action based on it
• Checking Reports during the morning settlement whether all gets generated or not, at IPS end and updating the status of the settlement
