• Deep Learning Based Dynamic Protein Structure Prediction and Analysis Using Graph Neural Network :This project employs Graph Neural Networks to predict dynamic protein structures by modeling atomic interactions and conformational flexibility, enabling accurate analysis of protein states for biomedical research.
• Brain Epileptic Seizure Detection using Deep Learning : This project uses a hybrid GNN + Transformer model to detect epileptic seizures from EEG signals. The GNN learns spatial relationships between brain regions, while the Transformer captures temporal patterns over time. Together, they improve detection accuracy and enable reliable, real-time seizure monitoring.
