I am an aspiring Biochemist and Master’s Candidate at the University of Delhi, specializing in molecular parasitology, organelle biology, and drug discovery. Currently investigating the impact of PEX19-mediated organelle disruption on Leishmania donovani survival, metabolic homeostasis, and host-pathogen immunomodulation. Technically proficient in molecular cloning, qRT-PCR-based cytokine profiling, and macrophage cell culture (J774A.1, THP-1). Successfully identified and validated potent anti-leishmanial leads through a comprehensive workflow involving molecular docking and IC50 determination in both promastigote and axenic amastigote models. I have a record of successful peer collaboration and a commitment to leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, for advanced disease diagnostics and parasite inhibition.
I am currently pursuing the final semester of my 2-year master's program.
Demonstrated consistent academic performance with SGPA scores of 8.33/10, 8.13/10, and 8.33/10 across three semesters.
I graduated with a First Class Honours from the University of Delhi with an overall CGPA of 8.55/10.
1st Year cgpa: 8.18/10
2nd Year cgpa: 8.46/10
3rd Year cgpa: 9/10
I was the school topper in CBSE 10th Standard Exams with an overall percentage of 97.6% and CBSE 12th Standard (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) with 97.4% and the positional grade A1 in all the subjects.
