Provide overall management and control by developing, implementing and administering a system to ensure efficient and effective delivery of facilities services; Oversee operational functions of Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen/Pantry and provide solutions to any issues.

Prepare maintenance, testing and inspection schedules for various equipments like HVAC, UPS, Electrical distribution boards, Elevators, Pest control, Furniture & Fixture, etc.

Process monthly invoices of the Service Providers - Monthly Utility Bills, Purchase Bills, Managing Purchase Requisitions, HR Coordination, Training, Wellness Centers, Cafeteria & Food Court Operations; Organizing and Coordinating food committee meeting. Collate each facility expenses, Prepare Accruals of the facilities and Forecast Budget for all the facilities.

Assist facilities team to handle internal/external audits, Incident reporting and investigations; Hands on experience for implementation of ISMS, QMS, SSAE 16 type II & PCI DSS Physical Security Controls (ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 27001:2005).

Managed Government liaison/Statutory Compliance STPI - (a) Registration of the unit (b) Approval for procurement of equipment’s (c) Filling of Softex forms, Monthly Reports, Annual Reports (d) Permission for de-bonding of equipment’s and units (e) LOP extension (f) De bonding of location.
