I joined Omega Healthcare as an AR Caller, and quickly demonstrated strong performance, communication skills, and task ownership. My consistent efforts and ability to adapt allowed me to earn yearly promotions, rising through the ranks to become a Team Manager by October 2024.
With a foundation built from my previous experience in consulting and freelance work, I effectively handled responsibilities across each role—from individual performance to team leadership, and training. I actively contributed to team success, demonstrated initiative in solving problems, and gained valuable exposure to corporate management and leadership practices.
Career Progression:
After the COVID-19 lockdown period, I resumed my professional journey by offering freelance accounting and tax consultancy services to small business owners and entrepreneurs. I focused on helping businesses get back on track financially, manage their accounts efficiently, and stay compliant with evolving tax regulations during the recovery phase.
Working independently, I provided end-to-end support, from bookkeeping and GST filing to financial guidance and tax planning, tailoring services to meet each client’s specific needs in a challenging post-lockdown environment.
Building on the experience and insights gained at Smart Tax Consultants, I took the initiative to start my own consulting practice. I provided business setup services and compliance guidance to new business owners, helping them navigate the complexities of starting and managing a business. My services included assistance with statutory registrations, compliance documentation, and strategic support during the early stages of their operations.
I worked closely with entrepreneurs to understand their unique challenges and provided tailored solutions to simplify their startup journey. This hands-on experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of business operations and develop a well-rounded skill set.
I began my journey at Smart Tax Consultants as an executive responsible for delivering company-related documents. My dedication and consistent performance earned me an expanded role, where I took on the responsibility of handling sales tax and EPFO registration processes.
During this period, I developed a strong understanding of the procedures involved in setting up a new company, and the mandatory statutory compliances required for smooth operations. I gained hands-on experience in coordinating with government departments, managing documentation, and supporting clients through the initial stages of business registration.
