and track products online.
Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the Requirements from the client, Participating in preparing Test Plans, Preparing Test Scenario’s, test cases, Defect Tracking
  
• Design and implement tests for APIs based on software requirements and user needs
  
• Execute API test cases and analyze results to report on any defects or issues
  
• Understand API documentation to create appropriate test cases
  
• Validate that API endpoints send and retrieve data as expected

Project Name: Doosan Monitoring Team Member
Role: Manual Tester
Description: The project involves monitoring IT infrastructure, handling alerts in Prtg,
and ensuring system uptime by creating tickets for issues.
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring system alerts and logs using PRTG.
  Identifying system failures and creating tickets accordingly.
• Performing initial troubleshooting and escalation.
• Documenting issues and maintaining reports.
• Coordinating with different teams for issue resolution.
