Major Projects:

• Part of a team currently executing a digitalization project at Solar Explosives Ltd. where data from different plant processes was integrated to a central server. KepServer was used for said project and various PLC, DCSs & SCADA systems including Siemens, AB, Emerson, Forbes Marshal, etc. were integrated.
• Development and commissioning of Diffusion Fuse Process plant at Solar Explosives Ltd. Comprising of S7-1513 PN with ET 200 SP and TP 1200 HMI & WinCC SCADA 400+ IO's in total.
• Installation of IIOT based vibration sensors at Solar Explosives Ltd. Data of these sensors were broadcasted to plant cloud via gateway over MQTT protocol.
• Was part of a team involved in implementing Manufacturing Execution System at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Nagpur plant.
• Development and commissioning of two identical Effluent Treatment Plant at AL DHAFRA, ABU DHABI and UPM, DUBAI. Comprising of S7-412-2PN and WinCC 7.4 SCADA, 500 IO's, 120 feeders communicated on profibus via SimoCode.
• Development and commissioning of J-BAR Assembly at Mahindra & Mahindra, Nagpur. Comprising of S7-1513 PN with ET 200 SP and KTP 1200 HMI, 10 number S7-1200 PLC configured as IM via Ethernet. Around 1800+ IO's in total. Also commissioned supporting machines like Oil dispenser, cleaning machines, Press machines.
• Development and Commissioning of Electrostatic Hypo Chlorination Plant for GPPC at Pipavav, Gujarat. Comprising of S7-400H PLC and WinCC Flex SCADA with around 800 I/O.
• Development and Commissioning of Milk powder processing plant for Madurai State Milk Co- Operation, Madurai. Comprising of S7-1500 PLC, WinCC advance, around 600 I/O.
• A Wireless PLC application with Schneider M340 PLC and remote Advantis modules (around 400 I/O) for a Dust settling system for Kota Super Power Thermal Station, Kota and for Sree Rayalaseema alkalis and allied chemicals, Kurnool, AP.
