• Overall Logistics and Warehouse Operation Control for Two Businesses i.e for MTWL (Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd) and CLPL (Classic Legends Pvt Ltd) (Warehouse /Inbound/ outbound/ Sourcing/ Demand planning/ Field coordination/ Inventory etc)
• Maintaining required infrastructural facilities and ensure proper systems to manage Warehouse operations with controlling costs

• Preparation of Parts business targets and monitor on monthly basis
• Monitor and ensure timely packaging improvements as per the requirements
• Active involvement for better and faster material transit to channel partners
• Ensure smooth annual Physical inventory audit process with keeping the variance within specified limit
• Ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations with strict review and actions
• Monthly meeting/review with management on the strategy and the operation/Sale
• Timely Disposal of scraps with adhering company procedure and policies
• Coordinate with Plant team and SCM for Parts supplies
• Ensure timely release of Parts Schedule to Vendors & Plant and monitor the schedule adherence on weekly basis
• Ensure the inventory as per norms with necessary steps to control
• On time renewal of statutory requirements
• Maintain the standards as per the Factory Act 1948, Labour act, Weights & measurement act and GST Rules
• To interact with Government officials (Commissioner, Superintendent, Excise Auditors, Labour commissioner, Factory Inspector, Police inspector etc.) to fulfil the standard norms or new requirements
• Creating proper checks in process & provide timely solutions
• Facilitate and ensure resolution to Vendors, dealers and operations issues
• Defining perpetual Inventory processes and ensure adherence as per norms
• Maintaining Safety standards & compliance as per guidelines with timely review
• FFR improved to top in industry i.e
• Above 93% (Commercial/VOR)
• Selected as a Best Quality plant within Mahindra all SBU Plants
• Successfully shifting of three warehouses without affecting operations
• Handled Five warehouses at a time effectively

• Company imports Power tools, their accessories & spares from parent company & sale in India through authorized dealers
• They have around 250 dealers through all over India
• Warehouse management – To control over all Logistics operations
• Monitoring Inventory, ABC analysis, Perpetual & Annual Inventory, Stock Analysis on Fast Moving, Slow Moving, and Non Moving material, Inventory Reconciliation
• Purchase from Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, China, Colombia, Australia and U.S.A against sea or air freight for the machines, accessories and spare parts
• Clearing & forwarding the consignments in the Custom through CHA - Payment of Custom Duty and freight to CHA
• Procurement of packing material, crates & racks etc from local suppliers
• Maintaining required infrastructural facilities to manage the Warehouse
• Coordination with dealers for their requirements and to close the open issues

• Handled overall warehouse operations including Receipt, Quality, Dispatch Section, Pre-packing and Binning sections for M & M Farm division
• Packing Material Inventory Planning & Procurement
• Ensure safety and security of Warehouse Associates
• Analysis and settlement of Customer complaints and Vendor issues
• Monitoring monthly sales targets, Back order Report discussion with Buyer, Packing activity management, New packing development, Arranging for logistics, and MIS Report Generation
• To coordinate, suggest & implement new Kaizens in the warehouse

· Carry out Receipt, Quality activities as per the defined process

· Quality Inspection of parts for receipt parts and SAP clearance for the same

· Maintaining the records for Material receipts and Quality observations

• Communication with respective vendors for the actions on Quality Observations.

· Rejection of defective material with necessary documents and process

• Calibration of Instruments & Gauges as per their due dates
• Special inspection of critical items like trailing arms for hardness & it’s contents at Metallurgy department
• Circulating Daily and monthly reports to respective team on Quality and receipts

· Operated Japanese NC Machines like Side clinching machines, Edge clinching

Machines, Leak Testing Machines, Member assembly machines etc.

• To attend daily meetings related with Quality improvement, Stores, Production

Improvement, Daily targets, customer complaints, awards etc.

· Carry out Receipt, Quality activities as per the defined process

· Quality Inspection of parts for receipt parts and SAP clearance for the same

· Maintaining the records for Material receipts and Quality observations
