• Engineered AI-driven conversational flows leveraging Cognigy AI and Sprinklr APIs
• Developed custom APIs & chatbot nodes for advanced automation and NLP-based interactions
• Led Generative AI & Agentic AI initiatives to enhance customer engagement and self-service automation
• Built critical features like Google Maps deep linking, WhatsApp list picker/buttons, and complaint management
