- Taking/getting measurements of bare shell site for design initiative.
- Working with Design team to prepare complete Design Docket including all layouts from the design, furniture, Electrical, light fitting, services, Air-Conditioning (Low side and High side) Sectional Elevation, Front Facade, Paint Finishes, False ceiling, carpentry, Measurements etc.
- Getting approval on the Design Docket from Director/Vice President of organization.
- Coordinates with the Mall Management team for documentation and approval process.
- Preparation of detailed BOQ. Capex sheet for interior and civil including HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Light fitting, Flooring, Furniture Fixtures etc.
- Following up with the vendors and contracting agencies for HVAC, light fitting, flooring, signage, furniture fixtures, Civil & Interiors for an estimate.
- Getting the BOQ, and capex approved by the HOD & Finance
- Coordination and follow-up with a franchise for vendor payments.
- Preparing the bar chart for handover considering the time to be taken to accomplish the process of execution
- Looking after the possession and entire execution process till the site handover.
- Coordination with various vendors and store persons for supplying the fixtures and materials.
- Coordination with finance for vendors' and contractors' payments for smooth execution
- Hand over the store to VM and Merchandising team.
