- Cargo Operations:
- Handling 13 Service calling at Terminal (FM3,ME2,PS3,TIP,CIX,CIX3,CI2,MINA,IOS,WIN,VGI,ASX,Adhoc.
- Navis N4, Sparcs ,Express,CASP Terminal operating system hands-on experience.
- Acting as a owner of a Yard assigned at the Terminal, i look after Import discharge from Vessel are properly planned well in advance Vessel berth and the same is evacuate from the Terminal at the earliest keeping the Inventory in check for CFS and for the Customers.
- Keeping the Empty movement flow check with correspondence with the Shipping Line, sending reminder emails to the concern parties for quick evacuation of Empty containers and keeping a proper follow up till its evacuated.
- ITT shifting from neighbouring terminals so that there are no shut out of Vessel and the containers are moved and loaded on Vessel, for which i was awarded 5 Spot awards.
- Finalizing Export of incoming Vessel after Vessel cut-off and containers are released and ready to plan well in advance Vessel berth.
- Sending Discrepancies to Vessel operating agent and Shipping lines after finalizing of Import and Export of incoming Vessel.
- Proper follow up of Export loading (On berth and incoming vessel). Also plan Gate in after cut off units as per time allotted by Planning AM.
- Sending Final Loading/Discharging list to Vessel operating agent after Vessel completion.
- Screening incoming emails, attending calls from Shipping Lines and Land side customers.
