International HR Operations and employee grievances
• Creating and maintaining employee accounts for new hires and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure employee data is maintained as per statutory requirements.
• Manage Organizational restructuring and superior organizations.
• Resolving employees’ queries related to Workday.
• Updating and managing internal transfers, lateral moves, and promotions as per compliance requirements.
• Manage audit requirements.
• Lead Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass loads.
Update and maintain employee compensation details.
• Update employee files for bonus/ incentive pay.
• Inputting exception, hourly employee validations and benefit changes.
• Manage data and answer Audit queries.
• Conduct monthly, and quarterly global audits:
o Termination Audit
o Yearly Leave audits
o Supervisory organization audits
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and benefits, grievance matters and all other employee-relations matters.
• Manage workload and employee communication through a case management / query ticketing system (Dovetail).
• Managing enquiries relating to payroll matters from internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Co-ordinate with candidates for Background verification, drug screens and I-9 verification.
• Co-ordinate with the employees for Background verification, drug screening and I9 verifications.
• Raising JIRA tickets for employee’s concerns.
• Suggest new policies, procedures, and automation to continually improve efficiency and employee experience.
