• Breakdown troubleshooting and machine alignments. Sensor handling and CCD ROI adjustment, cell cutting (heating, groove laser, water jet). RH and cell alignment correction, soldering parameter adjustment, and joint issue resolution.

AM059B – Auto Bussing Machine.

• Debugging and position adjustments. Alignment platform and string platform calibration. Troubleshooting soldering head and soldering card issues, and busbar bending correction, and layup matrix adjustment.

Mechanical Engineer with one year of experience in plant engineering and mechanical maintenance in the chemical and petrochemical industry, currently working as a Trainee Assistant Engineer – Mechanical at Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Limited (GACL), Dahej.
