  • In charge of our Viva Engage pages, more recently in the revamp of one of the pages to make it more engaging, learner-centric and holistic.
  • Play a part in many focus groups to evaluate the efficiency, efficacy, relevancy, sustainability and validity of our courses post pilot sessions. This is achieved by participant feedback analysis, observed practical applications and stakeholder satisfaction levels.

  • In charge of the New Employee Orientation and appointed as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the India offices. Administrated, conducted and hosted the entire day's session, and liaised between speakers to ensure smooth Day 1 experience.
  • Global SPOC for the Business Writing Skills sessions with an average feedback score of 9 on 10 (surpassing the original Franklin Covey facilitators' score).
  • APAC POC for driving engagement at the regional level through annual get-togethers, virtual games and welcoming team members.
  • Projects headed: (APAC) NextGen TL Program (2022-2023): Responsible for administrating and conducting sessions for those aspiring to the Team Lead position in the company. Ran the program for one year with 80 candidates.
  • Learning Ninjas (2022-2023): Headed this group of highly enthusiastic individuals who were interested in joining the learning community while still being part of their usual roles at the company. Assisted in grooming them, conducting practice sessions and overall coaching to give them confidence to facilitate sessions.
  • Kahoot! SPOC (April 2020-June 2021): Initially the global SPOC for facilitating and hosting Kahoot! Sessions (to promote team cohesiveness and bonding during WFH); Trained other facilitators to take this up in their respective regions (North America and EMEA).
  • Liased with the HR Service Centre to create a full-fledged guide video to help prospective new joiners seamlessly navigate through the required forms reducing the multiple queries and follow-ups.
