workforce analytics reports mainly Payroll, Non-Payroll and HRMS Reports as requested by internal clients (business and HR areas) around the world.
Optimized stored procedures in to extract, transform and load (ETL) data to ensure reporting infrastructure was maintained.
Experience with both management and non-management employees.
Regional SPOC for Region Northern Europe & Central Asia for end to end reporting requirements of the stakeholders.
Generates and delivers global/regional (scheduled or ad-hoc), high level and critical reports such as: HR Governance Report, Key HR Statistics, Workforce Forecast and Group Headcount.
