- Support in Consolidation of Financial Statements as per Ind-AS for Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. ( Subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd) where role was to eliminate inter-company balances within group, preparation of financial schedules on quarterly basis which includes PPE, Intangibles, ROU asset, goodwill along with Cash Flow Statements.
- Management Reporting on monthly basis for performance of investments made by company is Money market and capital markets.
- Month end overhead analysis to controllers along with cost centre wise analysis and comparing actuals vs budget and providing explanation/insights for the same.
- Preparation of MIS for Capex spent quarterly basis for board agenda.
- Monthly closing of books which includes accrual booking( Bonus/Audit fees/overheads/REMS), cross charge of expenses of other entities, recomputation of Depreciation, reviewing employee benefit cost and reconciling it with debit amount in bank, time deposit working.
- Exposure on sale and lease back transactions and sub-leasing under IND-AS 116.
