• Order Processing: Sales Orders, Service Contracts & Renewals, Subscription Contracts, and Blanket Orders.
• Order Fulfillment: Assigning deliveries and Picking HW orders in Oracle, Release SW deliveries on delivery date, and triggering invoice in Oracle.
• Customer Queries: Handling all types of customer queries viz.
• Change Request, Complaints, Manual Uploading and Undelivered Invoicing.
• Service Requests: Fulfilling various service request received from customer as well as client.
• Credit and Rebill: Processing C&R cases as per customer’s new request or if any incorrect processing is done.
• Data Creation: Creating new customer accounts as well as contacts for billing, shipping and ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) contacts.

• And Responsibility:.
• Order management: Analyzing the sales and placing the order of goods.
• Applying for Import Permit for animal food products.
• Supplier Relationship Management.
• New Vendor Development.

Roles and Responsibility:.

• P2P: Purchase support to activities related Procure to Pay.
• Purchase Order Creation and acknowledgement from supplier.
• Analysis of blocked invoices (invoices on hold), finding root causes and improving the NRFT percentage.
• Completing SLA and KPI’s on performance and quality in given TAT.
• Create and maintain SOP’s as per the process and defined standards.
• Price Management: Managing pricelist of Monthly, Quarterly, Semester and Yearly suppliers through SAP.
• Handling of international suppliers for different commodities viz.
• CFMS, Thinwall and Thickwall Stamping, Metal Tubes, Wires and Small Tubes etc.

• Study of Application of RFID System in Warehouse of M/s Century, Analyzing overall layout of warehouse and study of implementation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification system).
• Also, SAP RFID Integration: This consists connecting the RFID System with existing ERP system i.e.
• SAP.
• This will help study the project from Information Technology point of view.
