• Led a comprehensive data lake transformation from SAP HANA to Snowflake CDP for all holding and portfolio companies in the SCM & Logistics domain.
• Designed, delivered, and operationalized process mining control towers for multiple business processes, covering discovery, analytics, and value realization. Some of the value realized includes ~10M+ EUR FTE saving, 15% ITR reduction, 5.4% increase in OTIF, 2.6M EUR obsolete material identification, 30% reduction in overdue scenarios.
• Spearheaded complex projects, including the development of a digital twin for SCM operations.
• Managed operations and end-to-end managed services for the Process Mining function across IT and business units.

• Led logistics data integration to ensure compliance with CSRD regulations and sustainability guidelines across multiple data sources.
• Implemented a shipment reduction application for Inbound and Outbound logistics on Celonis EMS, integrating third-party data providers such as Ecovadis and Climatiq, leveraging machine learning for optimization.
• Conducted process discovery and Value Realization Optimization (VRO) for CO₂ reduction in logistics.

SAP & BW Implementations

• Provided consulting expertise for SAP ABAP and SAP BW projects, contributing to implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives.
• Led end-to-end project delivery, following the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conducted in-depth business requirement analysis and developed comprehensive plans, defining project scope and technical designs.
