• Co-ordination with the suppliers for the production requirement as per production schedule.
• Raising Purchase orders and follow up for order acknowledgment with the supplier for on time dispatch as per the schedule.
• Ensuring the goods hand over to the forwarder at right time.
• Shipment tracking and customs clearance within stipulated period.
• Preparing the duty structure and clearing the shipments based on arrival.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on warehouse and submit to the AGM
• Provide value added service by ensuring that all containers are stuffed and moved within the stipulated time from the time of receipt of stuffing documents.
• Update all records daily with respect to containers received, delivered and moved to and from Rail site to CFS / Warehouse.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules; letters of credit; licenses; declarations; documentation for CDEC (Customs Duty Exempted certificate).

• Obtain schedule from marketing, and send the schedule to Supplier during first week of month
• Obtain material from supplier and feed to production & Ensure the Material GRN and Payment to supplier
• Maintain inventory value at stores and transporter
• Submit purchase report to management.
• Place purchase order to supplier based on schedule and get sales contract.
• Open LC (Letter of credit) or TT as per supplier requirement.
• Follow up with bank and getting transmitted copy and communicate to supplier.
• Obtain shipping schedule from supplier follow with original document from supplier and Bank.
• Documents forward to forwarders and give instruction regarding clearance.
