Key responsibilities included Strategy Aligned Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Evidence Based Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Team Management and Training and Development. The project implementation focused on Quality Education including ECCE, Child Rights and Livelihood Promotion.

Key responsibilities delivered as Community Development Coordinator were Community Level Planning, Execution and Reporting, Capacity Building of Community Based Organizations such as Village Development Committees, Self-Help-Group, Children Club, Child Protection Units, School Management Committees etc., Local Stakeholder Engagement etc.
