My Responsibilities in the project is:

1. Facilitate sprint planning, Daily scrum, Stakeholder meetings and software demonstrations.

2. Work closely with product owner in backlog management and continues delivery of features.

3. Acted the facilitator for the business and team both.

4. Estimation of the product cost, worked on approvals of same.

5. Worked on On-time delivery of project within budget.

HSBC Client:

HSBC UAE is one of the largest processor in Dubai which handles multiple functionalities of their cards .I have got a chance to work on different projects on BFSI domain with Vision plus functionality.

My responsibilities in the project:

1.Interacting with Client Business team to understand the requirement

2.Giving plan walkthrough to the business

3. Pre-paring UAT SOW - Identifying test scenarios and prepare UAT test plan

4. End to end test execution to functionalities

5. Reviewing UAT deliverables before sending to client, Guiding UAT team in their execution

Worked on multiple projects in this organization, Worked at the client location Dubai for 2 years which included direct communication and walkthroughs with the client.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning – Preparation of Test Cases ,DTP, Client Walkthrough on DTP, Preparing Execution Plan, Run Plan, KT to Team members.

2. Execution – Assigning Test Cases to individual Team members, Tracking of Execution, Defect Tracking, Reviewing Passlogs, Highlighting Risk and Issues if any, coordinating between Onsite and Offshore team, Sharing Daily status to all Business stake holders, Client walkthrough.

3. Implementation- Preparation of exit report , providing walkthrough to client for all successful functional test completion,testing of production data.
