2 Years 4 Months- Working as a Condition Reviewer, need to check all PTA condition and work accordingly.
- Document like-Asset (Bank Statement), Income (W2 & Pay stub), Credit Report, Property (Taxes & Insurance (HO3, HO6), Title Report, Legal (Passport, Visa, Divorce decree, Separation agreement, Child support, Alimony) and Other Miscellaneous condition.
- Need to obtain various documents from Borrower and verify, if document is satisfying, fulfill the condition, if there is any deficiency in document's need to re-request to borrower.
- Client: Penny-mac, Process Consumer Direct Lending (CDL), part of underwriting.
Senior Process Associate
1 Year 4 Months- Loan set-up process, worked to loan set-up process to verify mortgage related document from Doc-velocity site to MSP site.
- From Credit Report documents I used to verify credit score, Borrower name, address.
- From Note document, verifying Borrower & Co-Borrower information such as property address, PMI amount, Rate of interest.
- Checking Flood document and verifying flood certificate No., Agency name, Zone type and determination date.
- From Escrow document, verifying escrow details of Borrower like Minimum Balance, Monthly Installment, Mortgage Insurance, Hazard Insurance, Flood Insurance, property taxes and Borrower and Co-Borrower contact number.
