• Analyzing the request of customer and providing services according to there needs.
• Providing premiums according to there needs.
• Analyzing the duplicate policies and send escalation mails.

Worked as Process Associate with Capgemini Technology Services, where my key responsibilities is to analyze the requests and perform the policy administrative services for Royal Bank of Canada. During my role with Capgemini:
• Providing Premium and Reminder notices to client's for their premium and reversing the payment to client account.
• Handling policy administrative & financial services such as refund of premium.
• Handling requests received by client related to their policies and resolved them within stipulated timelines.
• Contributing to the development/implementation of procedures
