Description: SCB is using Pega CDH to utilize Real Time Interaction Management which allows the business to launch automated, timely and relevant campaigns to their customers. The objective is to effectively engage and communicate with their customers and prospects in real time which will lead to higher conversion rates, increased satisfaction levels and heightened customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in action configuration, treatment configuration for displaying new offers to customers daily.

· Involved in configuring batch time and real time offers to customers.

· involved in UVT Campaign configuration and support for Go-Live.

· Involved in treatment testing through Postman for web and mobile treatments.

· Involved in eligibility suitability applicability conditions and contact policy configurations.

· Involved in UAT and Regression testing for the Actions.

Project: PEGA EUROPE COLLECTIONS

Description: Pega EU Collections is a collections application based on the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services framework and it handles various collection processes during the inbound or outbound interactions for the delinquent customers. It also provides a 360-degree view for the agents to view the information related to the customer and their contracts, history of the notes related to the contract, cases which the agent has access and the relevant reports.

Responsibilities:

· Worked closely with the BA and the stakeholders to understand the requirements and develop the features in Pega.

· Brainstorming on the business functionalities and giving inputs to bridge gaps with the system.

· Worked on developing features and writing the relevant design documents.

· Active in identifying the issues and providing the relevant fixes.

· Actively participated in the sprint planning and grooming sessions.

· Presented demos to the stakeholders and was appreciated for the same.

· An efficient team player ensuring timely deliverables.

Description: Levis Strauss & Co has a Wholesale CX 360 application based on the Customer Service Framework and it deals with customer issues related to Disputes, Returns, General Service using email interactions. They also have a Wholesale 360 SA application based on the Sales Automation Framework that has all their sales data.

Responsibilities:

· Worked closely with business stakeholders to understand their sales structure and categorizing them into relevant objects in Pega Sales Automation and uploaded the data.

· Created a data model for their sales that is based on the revenue, brand, gender and developed visual graphs, which compares the sales revenues and targets using the Fusion chart API.

· Was an active member in resolving issues for the Pega 8.6 upgrade for Levis.

· Work collaboratively with team members to develop, test, code review and document features.

· Worked on complex requirements for end user reports.

· Worked with Business Architect to understand the requirements and suggested feasible solutions.

Description: Pega Sales Automation optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire sales organization at every stage in the sales lifecycle. It provides a 360-degree view of organizations, accounts, and contacts, including current and past deals, communication history including emails and appointment, documents, and relevant social insights.

Responsibilities:

· Have developed features and cases end to end in Sales Automation and lead major releases in the team, which were highly commended.

· Analyzed and developed business modules and designed workflows for various business scenarios.

· Worked on revamping the whole application’s UI by using optimization techniques and following the prescribed standards.

· Involved in improving the application health by incorporating best practices of development.

· Implemented an important feature “Sales Cadence” end to end in Pega Sales Automation.

· Worked on AI Powered Sales Automation with innovative features like opportunity insights, lead insights.

· Worked on developing predictive models, data processing flows for AI based features like Next Best Actions that involve the concepts of Pega Decisioning.
