Description: Pega EU Collections is a collections application based on the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services framework and it handles various collection processes during the inbound or outbound interactions for the delinquent customers. It also provides a 360-degree view for the agents to view the information related to the customer and their contracts, history of the notes related to the contract, cases which the agent has access and the relevant reports.
Responsibilities:
· Worked closely with the BA and the stakeholders to understand the requirements and develop the features in Pega.
· Brainstorming on the business functionalities and giving inputs to bridge gaps with the system.

They also have a Wholesale 360 SA application based on the Sales Automation Framework that has all their sales data.
Responsibilities:
· Worked closely with business stakeholders to understand their sales structure and categorizing them into relevant objects in Pega Sales Automation and uploaded the data.
· Created a data model for their sales that is based on the revenue, brand, gender and developed visual graphs, which compares the sales revenues and targets using the Fusion chart API.
· Was an active member in resolving issues for the Pega 8.6 upgrade for Levis.
