I am responsible for Talent Management, Capability Management, Finance & Procurement , IT Infrastructure, IT Operations & Global Business ServiceTransitions and Delivering Excellence & Innovation.

As IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead, I was responsible for work place management services that includes end user services, IT Network & Infrastructure for Sector Africa, Middle East and South Asia.

I am responsible for the Asset Management, Service Desk Management, Field Service Operations, Network Operations, IT Process, Governance and IT strategy for Sector AMESA.

• I am responsible for the IT Service Management of 200+, sites, 9000+ users and 15000+ Hand Held devise for India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
