• Mutual Fund Reconciliation operations
• Wealth and Investment Management(WIM) deals with the accounts of high networth & ultra-high net worth individuals and also serves customer brokerage needs
• Perform reconciliation between Broker / Counterparty vs Client to ensure the client books are in line with respective brokers
• Detailed investigation of the breaks
• Liaise with external clients and counterparties for breaks resolution
• Attend Client calls in presence of onshore team to discuss the status of the breaks resolution & any other client request / issues

• As a part of share reconciliations process /position analysis responsible for daily reconciliations of mutual fund accounts, worked on both level 3 and Surpass breaks
• Providing reports on location 612-Non networked mutualfunds on monthly basis
• As a part of asset movement and bank reconciliation process (AMBC) performing and delivering critical reports on monthly ,weekly, daily basis
• Responsible in providing reconciliation for wells fargo advisorsbooks and records compared to the fund/vendor books & records, reports/monitors out of balances for resolutions
• Ensuring that the clients and company is protected from negative affects of incorrect balance data/incorrect categorizationof balances
• Reviewing and analyzing the client/vendor out of balance situations and ensuring the correct course of actions outlined in the procedures

Advisory Fee Billing Remediation - AFBR Project is to recognize and refund the investment accounts that are overcharged with advisory fee.
As a part of the AFBR Project, responsible for ensuring that the investment documents are correctly categorized with accurate template ID, portfolio, and customer request fee.Worked and having hands-on experience across all the queues in the process.
• QC Audit: As a QC audit team member, I audit the accounts approve/
rejects a s per standard procedure.
• Fee Remediation Review.searching for the valid supplemental documents
which will reduce the overcharges charged on client accounts.
• Quality check(Kofax):Audit the advisory fee documents that the team
processed based on the standards and submit for the calculations.
