• As I am solely responsible for Fuel reimbursement of 900+ FE’s across the entire North-East of India on weekly basis, hence the number of profligacy on fuel claims are quite high. Keeping this in view, I have tighten the areas of cross checking for the same, which help me to save company’s approx ₹700,000 in FY 2019-20 & ₹450,000 in FY 2018-19.
• Due to COVID-19 pandemic, our offices in North-East were shut down for approx 41 days that caused huge loss to our company as a responsible employee of a company, I negotiated with 20 of the property owners of our offices to waive the rent for at least 3 months, due to which approx ₹17,000,000 rent have been waived successfully.
• From the time onwards, I am looking after electricity payments of North-east & Odisha there are no escalations received from any office. Everything is streamlined and I have been appreciated for the same by our Regional & National Head of the company.
• Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets.
