Ad-Spend Optimization Tool

• Built a predictive analytics dashboard on R shiny using a linear model with a log transform to give insights on optimized spending to generate the maximum revenue using historical marketing performance
• Administered a new methodology to improve the accuracy of the Ad-spend optimization tool to cope with the highly inflated return on ad-spend values due to the COVID – 19 pandemic impact on the market, using Propensity Matching and Distance Matching techniques and identified the data showing similar trends using historical data
• Impact - The accuracy of tool was improved by 20%, and it was consumed by Category and Channel Managers for Daily Ad-Spend planning for the SEM bidding process

Campaign Performance Dashboard

• Built and maintained a Tableau dashboard to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns across different KPIs. Analyzed a lot of Ad-hoc requests by the stakeholders, and worked on the modifications in the dashboard
• Impact - Allowed the channel managers to gauge the performance of campaigns and further plan the annual investment based on the historical performance of each campaign

Backend Developer

• Expense Management Application: Migrating the tech stack from Java groovy grails to Node JS. Created API layer with the backend tables on PostgreSQL and delivered the application with improved performance and a good user experience feedback
