• Supported applications related to Dual Currency Investment product setup, customer risk profiling, blotters, and post-trade actions.
• Managed static data setup, including customer profiles, RM mapping, branch mapping, settlement instructions, and account details.
• Maintained market data configurations such as holiday calendars, product masters, currency pairs, spreads, and option cut-offs.

CIMB / RHB / Ambank

• Worked on Equities, Derivatives, and Commodities trade lifecycle applications.
• Supported Dual Currency Deposit trade flows, including post-trade actions like fixing, financial and non-financial amendments.
• Performed functional testing across front office, back office, static data, and audit reporting screens.
• Created test plans and test cases and supported UAT onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
