Process Trainer:

• Conducting training of new employees and maintaining their daily progress sheets and mentoring them for the evaluation.
• Preparing quality reports of employees and passing daily feedbacks to them.

Data Analysis:

• Analyzing the websites and selecting the sitelinks to be put on the Google search engine.
• Verifying the data processed by the extractors and giving rating of the extraction.
• Managing the team of 25 to 30 people in the absence of the team lead.
• Preparing daily tracker of the team.
• Part of the SME group of 5 people where we used to analyze the loop holes of the process and work to help improve the quality of the process. 
• Analyzing the valid, invalids, AHT and TAT of all the employees on daily basis to calculate the targets of next day.
