• Content Development and conducting training program on Priority Sector Lending, Financial Inclusion and Agriculture.
• Preparation and Vetting of Study Material and Question Bank for Internal Promotion exams being conducted by Bank every year starting from Business Associates (Clerk) to Executives in Senior Management of the Bank.
• Training Programe covers the detailed objectives of Priority Sector Guidelines- Business opportunity and not a charity, Financing under Agriculture through various products of Bank and schemes launched by the Government. Impact of achievement/non achievement of set target of Priority sector lending.
• Sensitization of Branch Officers for Financial Inclusion to tap the un banked areas thus increasing customer base.

• Performed as Head of Specialized Mortgage Store, responsible for Sourcing, Appraisal and Sanction of Mortgage Backed Retail Loans viz. Home Loan, Education Loan, Mortgage Loan, etc.

• As a Priority Sector In charge of Valsad Region of Bank of Baroda entrusted responsibility to achieve mandatory target prescribed by RBI for Priority Sector Lending while achieving business objective of the Bank.
• Taken new initiatives to increase the priority sector lending of the bank like Financing Against Warehouse Receipt (First Time in the history of Region), Emphasis on Farmers Meeting to understand credit need of the farming community and delivery of credit products in time bound manner.

Worked as Agriculture Officer, Branch Head in Rural & Semi Urban Branch having major thrust for Agriculture Finance. Main job role was to finance various activities/projects under agriculture.
