• Preparation of GHG inventory based different sources of Emissions identified in M&S as per GHG protocol
• Capacity building of team members and other stakeholders of M&S
• Identification of Projects for Carbon abatement for reducing the carbon emissions
• Identification of Carbon offsets projects and alignment of the CSR strategy of the organization with Carbon offsets projects
• Coordinating with different consultants on different carbon abatement projects
• Reporting on various ESG framework, Ratings and standards like CDP, DJSI, GRI, MSCI, BRSR etc
• Conducting LCA of different products based on the ISO 14044 & ISO 14040
• Coordinating for the GHG Assurance audit of the GHG Inventory by third party auditors
• Management of the Different types of Waste like E-Waste, Hazardous Waste, BMW in M&S
• Effective management of the Water utilization and disposal based on the industry best practices
• Monitoring of the Legal Compliances (Environment& Safety) applicable on M&S
• Carrying out Materiality exercise with different stakeholders in M&S
• Management of the Sustainability issues associated with the supply chain of M&S
• Effective management of the different ISO standards like ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001
• Lead from the M&S side for different audits like ISO, Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) etc
