• Spearhead the daily operation of production planning of review, deviation analysis of Key value drivers.
• Oversee the functioning of the machinery and equipment, identify the faults and get them repaired.
• Govern cost control and optimize utilization of manpower and machinery for proper planning and execution of complete sampling activity.
• Review and roll out productivity plans for optimum utilization of man and material resources.
• Train and guide manpower on machine operations.
• Identify and initiate measures to improve machinery engineering support for attainment of production targets.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance to them when required.
• Conduct Daily Department meeting and raise purchase requirement as per BOM through ERP SAP SD module.
• Conduct PR meetings- OMC- Order Management Cycle with respect to execution of work orders and dispatches. Monitoring dispatches on daily basis.
• Handle the entire production issues including analysis, guiding, testing and implementing solution system.
• Handle issue of raw material and required inputs as per BOM for in house process and out sourced processes through necessary documentation.
• Forward the standard Bill of Material as received from the Design & Development to Stores Dept. to check the available stocks.
• Involve in monthly wise MRM reporting to customer, DFA, KRA, Improvement activities, Kazan, Cost saving on daily along with monthly wise.
• Product costing analysis or Estimating and Costing Role: Interaction with customers to understand the requirement, Right, Product cost, Manufacturing Process.
• Study of customer requirements based on drawings and standards, accordingly preparing data-sheets .
• Interaction with other Functions to identify Tooling Requirement and Support buyers with technical-financial feedback by reviewing quotes and breakdowns.
• Release Work Order to Production and Planning control dept or Design and Development department.
• Implementation of procedures relevant to Production Planning and Control (PPC).
• Accurate planning for production and order fulfillment in time.
• Guiding and directing team members from time to time to ensure solutions.
• Monitor the quality of manufactured product as per standard quality control.
• Preparing preventive plan for packing standard. (Trolleys & Bin.).
• Logistics’ planning and dispatch as per customer requirement.

• Heading the commercial department of plant. Development of new sources pertaining to regular PPE consumables, tubes, and machinery spares.
• Development of new sources based on the project requirements towards BOP (bought out parts) supplies inclusive of pressed/stamped child parts, machined components and fasteners based on the commercial norms as directed by the management.
• Development of associated suppliers for stamping tools rectification works.
• Rationalization of suppliers based on their delivery performance, response to the queries put forward to the management in line with the system up gradation etc.
• Suggest corrective measures to overcome delivery performance issues of the suppliers. Reviewing the indents forwarded by different departments and workout action plan to procure the requirements in minimum lead time. PP, LLDP, MB, RM tubes and sheets planning and procurement.

• Open PO updates in SAP as per schedule agreements for Gate Entry & GRN Process of RM & BOP.
• Stock transfer entries for Inter Plants, Return delivery entries against rejected material.
• Cross verifying the SAP entries and cancelling the invalid ones with a valid reasons.
• PO Copy downloads.
• Monitoring stock in transit between Inter plants through SAP to avoid delay in awarding the material SAP Entry.
• Register verification on regular basis for the pending entries. Cross verification of supplier Invoices with SAP data. Analyzing ageing Inventory and taking necessary actions when required.
• Analyzing stock at vendors data & sharing to responsible departments on monthly basis.
• GRN Bills submission to corporate finance team on regular basis.
• Regular follow up on GRN pending bills to ensure on time closure.
• Providing debit notes to the vendors for the rejected material.
• Minimum Stock planning for Production requirements (Consumables & Packing material)
• FIFO monitoring of FG parts.
• Constant follow up for critical dispatches until delivered to the customer.
• Providing credit notes to the customers against sale returns immediately upon material inward.
• Regular monitoring on dock audit check list.
• Action plans against customer complaints related to Invoicing & dispatches.
• Effective Inventory planning for consumable & packing material.
• IATF,EOHS,and,Internal,audit.
• Inventory management system. Physical stock match should match with system stock. Variance should be management target.
