Project : ULab Systems

• ULabs is a software solution designed for dentists to scan patients' teeth and utilize an interactive 3D alignment system for treatment planning. The platform enables the ordering of customized dental aligners and retainers. It’s a complex project involving WebAssembly-based 3D modules and multiple teams distributed across various time zones.
• Joined the team ahead of key stability & usability milestones to support the first market release and drive initial product adoption.
• Led efforts to resolve critical bugs and ensure product stability prior to launch.

Project : NEOS

• NEOS by Element5 provides Automation As A Service(AAAS) to post-healthcare-providers as a service
  using Robotic Process Automation(RPA).
• Developed Minimal Viable Product NEOS, from scratch, utilizing React, Zustand, Ant Design, Node JS, Feathers Framework, and Snowflake DWH.
• Acted as a key player in a three-member team to launch product for beta testing in under three months.
• Consistently delivered a high-quality application through major weekly releases successfully meeting tight deadlines.

• KSA Construction Website: Custom-built responsive website for a construction firm using Astro JS for ultra-fast load times; integrated Sanity CMS for seamless content management by non-technical teams.
• Tourism Booking Platform: Fully functional and visually engaging tour package booking site, developed and delivered within days using the MERN stack.
• Social Media App: A fully responsive, Instagram-style application built with the MERN stack, optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.

• WebOS: A native desktop-style web interface showcasing personal projects, simulating a multi-window OS experience in the browser.

• Integrated Zoho Sign with internal apps (Zoho Mail, Desk, Projects) and third-party platforms (Box, Google Docs), enhancing cross-platform functionality.
• Developed internal features, resolved key bugs, and maintained overall product stability.
• Delivered frequent technical support to clients and partners, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Authored the official PHP SDK for Zoho Sign (GitHub).
• Contributed to product design discussions with actionable feedback that shaped core features.
• Built a versatile code conversion tool supporting 5 languages (Deluge, Python, JS, Java, PHP), aiding support team efficiency during live calls.

Project : Zoho Sign

• Developed and integrated a lightweight digital signing workflow within Zoho Mail, enabling users to initiate signing directly from the product page.
• Designed a compact 300px-wide UI widget replicating Zoho Sign’s core functionality, optimized for seamless embedding across other Zoho products.
• Utilized Vanilla JavaScript, HTML/CSS for fast performance and minimal load times; implemented backend using Java and REST APIs.
• Ensured easy reusability and integration via existing SDKs, reducing effort for cross-product adoption.
