- Established and maintained efficient Customer Service levels with all the Customers and Distributor
- Understand client needs and resolve their queries
- To coordinate with Customers for their documentation and assist them to have their accounts activated
- Ensure Smooth on-boarding and creation of client in the system
- Sharing Portfolio Reports and various statements on timely basis and on customer request
- Seamless handling of the backend and operational requirements to keep the investment process hassle free and paperless
- Initiating client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support RMS.
