• Work as a Sr. Finishing Supervisor at the New Integrated Terminal Building Project of Guwahati International Airport.
• Execute the block work, plastering, flooring (screed, CC, VDF, granite, tile, raised flooring), and painting as per the approved WMS, Finishing Matrix, and GFC Drawing.
• Study all relevant GFC drawings, along with the approved Finishing Matrix, WMS, and product data sheet.
• Coordination with stakeholders for manpower deployment.
• Coordination with PMC for checking, JMR, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordination with the engineer (SPCPL) for the preparation of the work-done drawing.
• Coordination with the Section In Charge (SPCPL) for material procurement, monthly target preparation, etc.
• Coordination with the Fleet and MEP team for respective clearance.
• Assisted in resolving conflicts between subcontractors, vendors or clients as required by management.
• Conduct TBT on a daily basis, and follow all safety protocols as per Adani and SPCPL safety policy.
• Organized daily workflow for the team, ensuring tasks were completed on time and within budget.
• Managed and supervised a team of 300+ workers to ensure safety, quality control, and efficient operations.

During my tenure, I posted at different prestigious project sites, i.e.

a. Godrej The Trees Project (G+20), Vikhroli, Mumbai.

b. Prestige Jindal City Project (G+32), Tumkur Road, Bangalore.

c. Jagannath Medical College and Hospital Project (G+5 Super Specialty

Hospital), Puri, Orissa.

The key responsibilities that I performed during this period are:

• Execution and supervision of finishing and structural activity.
• Manpower engagement as per the planned activity.
• Conduct TBT on a daily basis.
• Prepare the monthly material requirements as per the given target.
• Submit the material reconciliation and consumption report to the planning team.
• Prepare the BBS for execution at the site.
• Coordination with internal QA and the client for pour approval.
• Raise an RFI for pour approval, including finishing activities.
• Coordination with the PRW contractor supervisor and foreman for manpower management, material requirements, and work front.
• MB Preparation of PRW contractor.
• Study the GFC drawing of CFD, along with the architectural drawing for the execution of structure work.
• Study the ID drawing, along with the room data sheet, for the execution of the finishing activity.

• During this tenure, I posted at NTPC Township Project, MP.
• Measurement and layout are as per the drawing.
• Study, drawing, and methodology of work.

• Maintaining a record of the consumption of building materials.
