- Existing door was made up of welded frame structure covered with curved Kydex and lead-Aluminum plates which was leading to high cost
- New design of door was developed using aluminum extrusion and panels were connected using fasteners
- In the new design, welding was completely eliminated and new design leads to cost saving of 40% compare to existing design
