As a Regional Execution Leader, I lead a team of Project Managers and Execution Engineers with end-to-end responsibility post order booking, covering the complete project lifecycle including material and panel supply, installation, testing & commissioning, payment collection, and final technical and commercial project closure, with a strong focus on margin improvement and operational excellence
Ensure team development for executing challenging project and technical needs Project type comprises of Relay Modernization, LV Switchboards & MV switchboards (up to 33 KV) Modernization & Revamp , Extension of switchboard , LV and MV spares Installation , testing and Commissioning scope of all these projects
Commercial management of projects, including issuance of internal POs to manufacturing plants based on margin assessment, effective cost management, and final settlement of all associated costs with the plant This also includes control and reconciliation of manpower timesheets, vendor costs for OG items and site activities in SAP, ensuring margin realization with improvement over the originally booked stage
Organized and lead regular coordination meetings with external customers and internal stakeholders to review project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure delivery within the agreed contractual timelines This included timely management of delivery schedule deviations, securing customer approvals, and preventing LD imposition through effective communication and corrective action planning

Team management also evolve system approval – BFS operations, HR systems updation – Goals and achievement, MIS reporting, weekly SIM meetings, cost budgeting for tools, PPE and other resources require to execute field activities
From 2016 I am handling functional head responsibilities and management of team, so well versed with team management and successful delivery of results in line with Management expectations
