• Gathering information from inspection reports and plan for maintenance of mechanical equipment’s based on department maintenance integrated planning and integrated operation planning to sustain the integrity of the equipment
• Attending to any troubleshooting, breakdown or failures related to mechanical equipment’s and provide support and solution using the safest, reliable and cost-efficient approach
• Responding to any technical query regarding any issues related to mechanical equipment’s based on latest standard engineering practice
• SAP Plant maintenance Master data, Transactional activities, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders, and Preventive Maintenance
• BOM Updating in SAP.
• Identify frequent failure of equipment and gather data to solve the issue.
• PM schedule follow-up and updating regular basis
• Ensuring the maintenance and improvement related to mechanical static and rotary equipment’s is in line with the department objectives
• Prioritizing maintenance and improvement activity to minimize production interruption.
• Reviewing and studying the design of existing assets for further improvement whenever necessary
• Following Asset optimization practices.
• Scheduling and conducting predictive, preventive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities of all equipment’s and its accessories.
• To maintain critical and most critical equipment’s 100% availability
• Implementation of equipment’s reliability improvement maintenance techniques such as RCA, FMEA, CBM etc.
• Maintaining of equipment’s spare parts with effective inventory control and initiating its procurement.
• Maintain Hydraulics system healthy
• Improve in hydraulic system failure
• Conducting regular 5S Audits in Subzone and maintaining the area as per 5S Standards
• Interdepartmental Coordination for achieving managements target.
• Improve safety in Plant to reduce zero Harm.

• Periodic plant visit on structural conditions and negotiation with structural experts to ensure safe working condition.
• Following safety work permit and LOTO systems and supervision of maintenance activities with standard maintenance procedures.
• Ensuring usage of certified lifting tools and tackles, cutting set, welding machine, grinding machine, before every job startup.
