• Manage the South Zone and North Zone PNL and reporting of Decathlon Sports India, take part in the management decision with regards to forecasting, budgeting and risk assessment.
• Ensure that all accounting records reflect precisely the business reality and adhere to both company standards and local tax and accounting regulations.
• Control the Financial Closing (monthly & annual) with the team, Accruals, Fixed Asset, Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet Reconciliation.

• Responsible for P&L Flash Reporting and business commentaries, Variance analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Performance Reporting for all stores, prepare financial dashboard for management reporting.
• Participate in the business reviews with the retail team.
• Act as a counter‑power to the management, alerting as needed and proposing corrective actions.
• Increase efficiency by replacing non‑value‑added work with automation /outsourcing.
