- Safe startup and safe Operation of Aqui-sulf Section by ensuring H2S Concentration is below 2ppm.
- Troubleshooting of Oxy-clause Reactor e.g Abnormal Pressure increase , established free draining of produced sulfur from sulfur seal-pot.
- Plugging of claus catalysts e:g AL2O3 and TIO2 or sulfur separators demister with solid particles.
- Capable of managing entire production operations with key focus on top line & bottom-line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources through DCS.
- Safe startup and shutdown of Incinerator and its associates e:g air blower .

- Calculating Selectivity of claus Reactor and percentage of conversion.
- Maintains concentration of MDEA Solvent 30wt% by avoiding degradation and foaming.
- Formation of Sox and unconverted H2S treated in TGT unit where remaining 5% Unconverted H2S get converted into Molten Sulfur.
- Proper coordination with field Engineer, Field coordinator ,Shift In charge, Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical team.

- I started professional career after successfully completion of Chemical Engineering on 30th June 2018 in Coal Gasification Plant of JINDALl Steel& Power
- First one year worked as Field Engineer where learnt plant operations startup , shutdown and abnormal behavior of unit operation e:g: Flooding, Weeping, decommissioning of Heat Exchanger, Absorption Column, Distillation column, all types of control valves ,centrifugal pump , Centrifugal compressor and sample collection from sample cooler.
