Supplier Operations - US Market
- Provide resolution for supplier through email via Salesforce for item setup & maintenance related queries. Troubleshoot item setup & maintenance queries.
- External Data Error Analysis & Issue Pattern Analysis. To identify the top occurring issues reported by the supplier on a weekly basis and educate the supplier. Also, work with the internal tech teams to fix the top invalid system issues.
Item Enablement - Deadlocks & Blocked Items
- To ensure all errors and mismatched values from either/both systems are resolved so the item is setup/attribute values are updated successfully to maintain maximum data quality.
- System and Data Sync issues caused during item creation of maintenance are resolved by reviewing correct and valid attribute values, identifying root-causes, and collaborating with internal teams for end-to-end fix.
Item Enablement - Item Errors
- The objective is to enhance the supplier and merchant experience by offering comprehensive operational support, which includes resolving issues that prevent items from being published and ensuring that all items can be transacted on the website.
- Proactive approach in resolving issues to Store Assortment Online (SAO) Items. This involved working with individuals across the Walmart system to ensure that all the SAO items are active and published.
