My work involved bioprocess design (fermentation engineering), isolation and purification of protein metabolites, in vitro application and MIC determination, biochemical growth modeling, and the kinetic study of submerged fermentation. I have experience in extensive sample analysis and calibration/run of equipment like a bioreactor, FPLC, MALDI-MS, FPLC, HPLC, and FTIR spectroscopy in a laboratory. I also used to study advanced microscopic techniques, viz., confocal microscopy, SEM, AFM, and TEM, in order to evaluate ultrastructural changes. I have already published 7 peer reviewed research papers in SCI journals, 1 book and 1 book chapter (international publications), and attended several workshops and conferences at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT BHU. I am also the recipient of the “Young Scientist Award” & CSIR-SRTP mentorship award.
