• Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Phone Banking Officer

• Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone
• Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone like loans, credit card, insurance, etc
• Informed customers about their offers on their debit and credit card
• Deep knowledge of various financial products of bank like personal loan, business loan and loans on credit card etc
• Handling inbound and outbound calls

2) Team leader (Relationship manager for prime accounts)

• Handling 12 sales officers who is resolving customer queries & selling all types of Banking products.
• Taking followups of their Leads and closing it with the cordination of consult person.
• Maintaining all data of SO'S LG & LC.
• Handling Mails for all generated leads & work requirement.
• Arranging training program's .
• Monitoring calls.
• updating Eod report.
• conducting training with all the stake holders of TPP channel.
