Description: The project involves the functional validation of the Electric Power Steering (EPS) ECU. It involves the analysis of system, software and control module requirements and test procedure creation for functional, regression, fuzz, stress and acceptance test. The ECU validation is performed both in dSPACE HIL and manual bench environment. The test sequences for test automation are developed using Automation Desk libraries. Manual testing is performed using CANoe/Control Desk.

Project Name: Ford S650 Validation

• Project Description: The goal is to perform the functional validation requirements for EPS features (like Battery Voltage, States and modes, Handwheel Torque, Handwheel Angle, Motor Current Motor Angle, etc.) on HIL/ System Bench.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and requirement flow down for HIL/System.
• Estimation and planning.
• Test Plan Execution.
• Validation of requirements on HIL and System bench.
• Validating the functional requirements for EPS features (like Battery Voltage, Handwheel Torque, etc.) on HIL/ System Bench.

Project Name: GM Bt1xx Validation

• Project Description: The goal is to perform the functional validation requirements for EPS features (like Battery Voltage, States and modes, Handwheel Torque, Handwheel Angle, Motor Current Motor Angle, etc.) on HIL/ System Bench.

Working as Engineer at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Center India Pvt. Ltd. (RNTBCI) through “Altran Technologies India Pvt. Ltd (November 2018 - July 2021).

R0-20:

• Single handedly managed full project & got appreciation for handling R0-20 radio
• Validated all features of this project i.e
• CAN-message set, Wireless Charging, Back- light, External-Temperature, Bluetooth, Media, FM/AM/DAB etc
• Verification and tracking of Bugs and its closure
• Co-ordination with TCR (HQ of Renault) and supplier
• Used tool like Sodera Bluetooth sniffer, CANALYZER, SBM etc
