➢Working as a Network engineer by implementing and maintaining network devices around the globe for LSEG made up of Cisco Nexus Switches, routers,

installation and maintenance of LSEG Network Infrastructure.
➢Hands-on technical experience configuring switches and troubleshooting L1 and L2 network issues.
➢Have Proficiency in OSI layer 2 and a good understanding of OSI layer 3,4 & 7 (HTTP/HTTPS/DNS).
➢Managing remote hardware assets and troubleshooting issues remotely
Diagnosing switch and router problems to ensure stability of LSEG platform.
➢ Troubleshooting hardware issues and co-ordinating with Vendor for RMA.
➢ Switch/Router Replacements and raising a case with the vendor like Cisco(RMA/TAC cases).
➢ Working closely with field technician during maintenance execution.

➢ Monitored ~240,000 distributed Linux server network using an internally developed‘ Network management system’ for all the alerts that is owned by the tier 1 team.
➢ Responding to alerts in timely fashion as per the pre-defined priority levels and SLAs.
➢ Understanding, analyzing the root cause of an alert and solving it.
➢ Timely escalation of complex issues to ‘SMEs’.
➢ Working closely with Network partners and resolving hardware related problems.
➢ Troubleshooting on the outages of customer’s environment, collecting additional information and logs about the problem, and resolving network performance issues.

➢ Remotely check and diagnose server hardware issues, facilitate server repairs, and manage Client’s hardware assets.
