inferring the pain-points in defining K.R.As across levels of the BD team.
- Identified the learning needs of the new recruits (0-2 years of exp.) as a part of the Campus-to-
Corporate program.
- Initiated the Post-Offer Engagement Program and built the framework for the same.
- Did end to end vendor management for Digital Adoption Consulting hiring.
- Managed hiring for the people function at Whatfix by hiring 3 Sr. Manger - HRBP, 2 AM - HRBPs, 3 folks
for the L&D team and 3 for the HR Ops team.
- Developed and maintained strong working relationships with executives, HR team, and hiring managers
to foster partnerships that produced consistent results.-

-Hired and on-boarded close to 350 talents across India
-Recruited for Growth, Operations and, P&L teams from scratch for the new units in Mumbai, Hyderabad,
Gurugram and Noida during their set-up phase
-Recruited close to 110 people for Growth, Operations and P&L teams across India, post org
restructuring in Q1, 2019.
-Managed last mile people operations (post offer follow-ups, arranging for transport and accommodation for outstation candidate)
