Significant Accomplishments:

• Spearheaded large-scale program management ranging from 10 Million USD to 15 Million USD including agile, iterative & waterfall project management, enterprise program governance, risk management, outsourcing/insourcing, and offshore/onshore development models
• Successfully developed, designed and implemented EAP and Big data solution which included data lineage, data governance, capacity planning, design & data modeling, structures and data standards to support a robust data management infrastructure using Hadoop-Bigdata(Spark,HQL,Hive) , RDBMS (Teradata, SQL Server and Oracle) and ETL (Abinito , SSIS)
• Led a team of 100+ members; mentored, coached and guided them on areas related to Designing, Code Review, Technical Architecture and so on
• Managed third party relations including vendor assessment, relationship building, contract management, vendor negotiation and commercial assessment
• Bagged Best Program Manager Award for Singapore Genesis risk & finance application migration in DataHub platform and back office automation program
